September 17-19 an international conference on "Fundamental and Practical Andrology" was held in Tbilisi, where the delegation of YSMU Department of Sexology and Armenian Association of Sexologists had an active participation.

A well-known urologist, Ph.D., prof. M. I. Kogan came to Tbilisi to take part in the conference, who presented a very interesting report, "Testosterone and Chronic Pelvic Pain".
For Georgian counterparts, this conference was unique in its kind, causing a wave of surprise and joy. In fact, this was a great opportunity for all physicians to get acquainted with the latest scientific and sexual health news, to listen to interesting professional reports, and to establish new acquaintances.
During the conference were discussed the current standards of diagnosis and treatment of sexual disorders, men’s infertility, chronic pelvic pain disorder, chronic prostatitis and other disorders.
The interdisciplinary approach to diagnosis and treatment of sexual disorders, which has long been used in the YSMU Clinic of Sexology, has attracted special attention from related specialists. During the question and answer and discussions, doctors shared their knowledge and experience of many years. Further practical cooperation programs were discussed and developed.
